1. What do you love doing most besides photography?
I try to lose myself in order to find myself again. I love walking in the woods. I like the smell of autumn and warm light of sunset. I love walking around with music in headphones and observing people and what's happening around. I love listening music so much. It is an amazing and endless inspiration.
2. What's behind the scene? How much time and effort does it usually take to create a masterpiece?
It really depends on each work. Some pieces took a day or two to create them. Some pieces take forever to finish it. But I can say it averages around a week. I am not someone who plans a photo shoot a many days and weeks beforehand.
I like spontaneous moments and being grabbed by those moments. So sometimes my work was created as an impulsive vision. I cannot draw so I even cannot prepare my scenes with sketches or so. So I have an idea in my mind, work on it and try to imagine it as a real scene.
When it becomes real in my mind, I start taking photos and then I post-process it. Which leads to the final result. I do not create surreal work, I create my own reality I see every day.
3. Would you change anything in your life if you had only one wish?
Yes, I would start much earlier with photography. I started 9 years ago when I was 23 as a result of an accident in my life.
4. What's your lifetime dream?
When I was younger I wanted to be a photographer and doing it for living. It happened quite quickly which I would like to keep it. And now I want to be "only" happy. I know it sounds quite easily. But the older I am the worse it is.
So I am so grateful for the last months when I feel happy and loved. And I will try to keep it as long as possible. And I hope I will never lose inspiration and need and urge to create.
