The meaning of the buttons from left to right.

Portrait - Reveals focus rings and settings that work best with portraits, and includes facial recognition for placement of the focus rings.

Nature - Reveals horizontal focus lines and settings that work best with nature images.

Architecture - Reveals vertical focus lines and settings that work best with architectural images such as buildings.

Macro - Reveals focus rings and settings that work best with macro images.

Tilt-Shift - Reveals focus rings and settings that work best with images destined for “miniaturization.”

Custom - Blurs the entire image, and reveals Brush and Masking tools that allow for non-contiguous focus areas.

Crop - Overlays a crop grid on the image and reveals controls that allow you to change the horizon line (angle), crop percentage and aspect ratio.

Share - Allows you to save your image, open it in another Creative Kit app or share socially.

The right part of the Focus interface features adjust tools that enhance the image, control the blur amount and add vignette.
